Following the death of my father in 2020 we have had the most horrific and unprofessional service I have ever experienced from Nedbank. My father was a loyal customer of Nedbank for over 25 years. He trusted Nedbank and its advisors to extent that he appointed Nedbank as the Executor of his estate, a service they claim they can perform, all in the hopes that when he passed the process would be made lighter and easier for my mother. Unfortunately, the exact opposite happened. They passed the estate around to no fewer than 5 people who would “handle” the estate, I have a detailed timeline I compiled from the start of Nedbank handling the Estate. I have sent numerous complaints to the Complaintswealthmanagement@nedbank.co.za and each time it is met with the bare minimum of responses on effort. We are in a conundrum as to how to proceed as finally in April an Executor was appointed, but NOTHING is finalized, or transferred. For the sake of your well-being do not use Nedbank to aid with any of your Will/Executor or personal proceedings.
