a high level of professionalism and support when buying into a premium brand. What I received was delayed communication, inadequate technical support, and a series of excuses rather than solutions. I strongly urge any prospective buyers to think twice before purchasing from BMW Fourways or trusting BMW Motorrad South Africa with your safety. The support systems are not what you'd expect from a "premium" manufacturer, and the bike itself has not lived up to its promise in terms of quality, reliability, or peace of mind. I regret this purchase, and I would not recommend the dealership or the brand to other riders. There are far better and more reliable options on the market with companies that value their customers and take product faults seriously

I strongly suggest that you DO NOT USE Gaye Cawood Realty! The Principal and owner, Gaye Cawood is highly unethical and unlawful to the degree that I have my legal team involved regarding the numerous misconducts comitted. I've even gone as far as reporting my matters to the PPRA.
I strongly suggest that you DO NOT USE Gaye Cawood Realty! We used Gaye Cawood Realty on two occasions: 1. Renting a property in Dainfern Valley Estate – April 2022 2. Purchasing a property in Dainfern Valley Estate – August 2022 point We rented a property in Dainfern Valley Estate through Gaye Cawood Realty. The only reason for us renting was as our house had been sold and we had not found a property that we wanted to purchase – so we decided to rent until we found a property for us. We had decided to pay six months’ rent in advance as this would give us slightly better rates. When paying the deposit (a rather large sum of money) to Gaye Cawood Realty, the emails were apparently intercepted and hacked. Identity fraud was committed against Gaye Cawood Realty as the hackers had opened up a bank account in Gaye Cawood Realty’s name and then manipulated the invoice and proof of banking details, the hackers when intercepting the emails even created new email accounts in their name as well so when they intercepted the mails and sent the ‘correct invoice and banking details’ we were none the wiser - we then subsequently had paid the deposit into the hackers bank account and not to Gaye Cawood Realty. Gaye Cawood Realty threw her hands in the air and said that the issue was not with her and that it was up to us to get our money back. We subsequently then went to the police station opened up a police case and contacted our bank, our bank then stated that this issue was not their fault and rather that of Gaye Cawood Realty and her bank as she was the one who had the identity fraud committed against her and that she was the one responsible along with her bank to get our money back - still to date Gaye Cawood Realty has done nothing about this and refuses to help. In addition to this, Gaye Cawood Realty also made it clear that the hack had taken place through the landlords (Ian Louw) emails as in the same week the owner had another tenant have the same issues with money being paid to hackers. This was our first red flag with Gaye Cawood Realty, now let's fast forward a few months later. The house that we rented through Gaye Cawood Realty was rented on the premise that we would have liked to have purchased the property at the end of our lease. Nearly six months into our lease agreement, we asked the owner if we could purchase the property, and he had stated that it was not for sale. We then informed Gaye Cawood Realty and she had mentioned how shocked she was to hear this news, but that we should not worry as she would find us another property to purchase. Basically, a month later we had found another house that we had then purchased through Gaye Cawood Realty. When purchasing this new house, we obviously noted to Gaye Cawood Realty that we would then need to put in our notice that we were no longer going to continue renting the property that we were currently staying in. We gave the owner two months’ notice (our contract stated only one month’s notice was needed). When signing all of the documentation for the new property, Gaye Cawood Realty sat in my lounge and reassured us that we do not need to stress about cancelling our lease early or about the agents commission as she would take care of this - which would be expected as she rented us a property and then sold us a property knowing what she was doing and knowing that the current landlord of the rental property would they need to find a new tenant and that the landlord could be due agents commission due to our lease being terminated early. Again, she stated that she would sort this out. Then, according to all of our paperwork and contracts as we had paid six months’ rent in advance, we would need to vacate the premises at the end of October 2022. Gaye Cawood Realty and the owner of the property then decided that as they knew that they had lost our deposits due to the hack on the landlord side and the identity fraud on Gaye Cawood Realty’s side that they would try and make an extra buck and change our agreed to contract to now state that we had paid five months’ rent plus a deposit - which was completely untrue and not the case, and completely illegal as they were not allowed to simply take our six month’s paid for rent and reshuffle the use of our monies paid. Gaye Cawood Realty and the landlord then decided that they were going to play an intimidation game and told us that we needed to either vacate the property a month early or pay an additional month’s rent to the landlord - which is completely unethical. We then subsequently had to get lawyers involved, at our own expense, to then intervene. Once our lawyers communicated with the both of them that what they were doing was not legal, they then quickly backed down and left the situation as is. The story doesn't end here with regards to the ranting debacle, the landlord is now expecting us to pay wasted agents commission and Gaye Cawood Realty is once again unethical and has gone against her word of her sorting this fee out as she sold as another property knowing again exactly what she was doing - this matter is now also sitting with our lawyers. In addition to this, Gaye Cawood Realty has still not done anything about trying to retrieve our deposit back – we will not let this go as it is a lot of money to simply walk away from. Moving onto point #2: After the hole deposit debacle, Gaye Cawood Realty had helped us in finding a new home to purchase. Gaye Cawood Realty found us a home which we then decided to put an offer in on - only after our offer was put in, did she then notify us of the below: *Pool needed to be completely re-marbalited – which is not a small expense *The listed invertor system was in fact not working whatsoever *There was damp issues that would need to be addressed. After we had put our offer in and then she had notified us of the above we then decided that our offer should in fact be less than what was originally put in the OTP as the above was costs that was never taken into consideration. After this took place the owners of the property declined our offer. We then moved on from this and continued to look at other properties - about a week later the owners contacted Gaye Cawood Realty and said that they would accept our original offer and of course, we were all happy and continued and purchased the property. Once transfers took place, we then began with a full renovation which took around two months. So, keep in mind during this time we were still living in the rented property as we have a one year old baby that would not be able to live in a house that was getting renovated. One month down the line and into our renovation and us going to the property after work hours to check on the builders, did we hear the horrendous noise coming from a property next door which is outside of the estate. This noise was so unbelievably loud and unbearable that we even communicated on our estate group to find out what this was and how long this had been going on for – for our neighbors to then inform us that this noise is from a company's after work soccer team that practices and plays basically every single night of the week from 5:00 PM to around 8:00 PM. The noise is so severe that our baby literally cannot even sleep through it - apparently majority of the neighbours on the same street have the same feelings towards this noise situation. Another estate agent within our estate had even mentioned to us that this was one of the reasons that the property hadn’t sold and this estate agent was shocked that Gaye Cawood Realty never informed us of this noise which takes place practically every single night of the week. When I asked Gaye Cawood Realty why they never disclosed this to us prior to selling us the property she simply responded that she had thought that it had stopped and that we should sit in our house and put our TV on to drain out the noise. This is again another situation where Gaye Cawood Realty severely lacked ethics. We are now dealing with the noise situation through other channels to try work together to come to a reasonable compromise. Simply put, Gaye Cawood Realty is out to make a buck and will do this in which ever way possible. I have been advised that my next step should be to report this situation to the Estate Agents board – I will do this if Gaye Cawood Realty does not resolve the issues pertaining to the rented property. This is not how I believe business should be done and it is a disgrace for Gaye Cawood Realty to conduct themselves in such a manner.
