I bought blue ribbon brown bread from them on the 6th December 2025 in the evening. The following morning when I was preparing lunch i found mold on the bread. I went again on the 10th to buy same bread and guess what? Yup, mold again on the bread. I went to the shop today(11 December 2025) to inform them. They couldn’t assist me. They sent me away because i didn’t have a receipt. I go to Spar everyday and all those cashiers know me and my family but they couldn’t help me because i didn’t keep the receipt. Im extremely disappointed
I bought a car from them in February. I would like to say the service I received from Anthon Botha was nothing short of exceptional. He was very efficient, friendly and helpful. He went an extra mile to make sure the car was delivered to me. Days later he came and fitted the plates. He did this under unfavorable weather conditions but he did it with a smile. He also reassured me that Renault will be available should I need any further assistance. Im a very satisfied customer
I got a prompt response from Rowayne Harze. She gave me all the necessary information to assure me that my case was being attended to. Happy customer
I bought lamb from Woolworths online on the 26 April 2023, it’s the 29 today and I still haven’t received it. However , it shows delivered on the app. When I call their customer service, they keep saying they are investigating. I am so angry because this is an inconvenience and all round bad service
