I've found myself in a very unlucky situation due to theft of my equipment and Outsurance has my back. Thank you for your awesome and fast service! Outsurance has saved my business from closure. I highly recommend Outsurance!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & EXPERIENCE.
I own a car repair shop in Booysens and have been dealing with Continental Clutch for the past 12 years enjoying good service while the old gentleman was running the shop. Today, I went to Continental Clutch to purchase a clutch kit which my regular supplier was unable supply at a reasonable price. I was about to purchase the kit when the son who apparently is now running the shop told me in a rude manner that there's no guarantee on the kit unless he skims my flywheel. At this point, I asked the to keep my sample and I would fetch the flywheel. I returned with the flywheel and he told me that I would get it back tomorrow morning which I never had a problem with. He then with an attitude demanded full payment for skimming of the flywheel and the clutch kit otherwise he won't assist me. I then questioned his attitude towards me, he then tells me that he knows how I operate without any further explanation. I was still very polite telling him that I felt insulted and he has no right attacking my character. He told me to **** off and never come back again. I humbly walked out of his shop and will never recommend his services. He certainly doesn't need customers.
