The fact that you keep on sending Me SMS of payment that I long ago paid is crazy,told you people I am not gonna do payment I already did,money doesn't grow from trees..the mistake came from your side that you gave an incorrect pay@ number...find the person responsible for the email send to me and leave me in peace I paid and I have proof of it..
Payment was made into the Vodacom account number which was given by the vodacom consultant,but apparently the money can't be found but when I noted out that the account number is correct and they confirmed that indeed it is correct but they can't seem to explain where did the money disappear to if it was paid in the correct account...Now they want me to pay again to do payment that is already done..Until I am given logical explanation of where my money went too I am not gonna pay extra money (i still have proof of payment and email that proof their incompetence). Another shocker received an SMS saying because my contract is ending,if I don't up grade the contract will continue...I dnt recall signing a life time contract with Vodacom but a 32 months contract
