SANI loves holding rental deposits
I rented a car on the 28th and returned on 31st of January and my holding deposit has still not been released. Very bad service.0 replies

DSTV has the monopoly and can do whatever they want.
The worst customer support and customer service. Firstly DSTV does not train their staff sufficiently to help their customers. The love pushing the problem onto an installer I have just signed a 24 months contract for a DSTV Explora ULTRA and there is no box office or a catch up button on the remote. The call centre staff has put me on hold to ask the team leader. I am on hold for 15 minutes now and counting. I am so frustrated with this company. I wish there was an alternative to this organisation.1 reply
