I rented a car on the 28th and returned on 31st of January and my holding deposit has still not been released. Very bad service.

Ubungane Legal Collections is a debt collector that has been involved in ****s. The Council of Debt Collectors has confirmed that Ubungane has not registered a call center operator. The council advises people to ignore threats, block numbers, and spam emails from Ubungane. Dear Fellow South Africans. I received an SMS from the above mentioned Debt Collector Firm, stating that they are going to proceed with legal action. Please be aware of any such emails before you proceed with any payment, please confirm that the debt collectors are registered with the Debt Collectors Council of South Africa.
The worst customer support and customer service. Firstly DSTV does not train their staff sufficiently to help their customers. The love pushing the problem onto an installer I have just signed a 24 months contract for a DSTV Explora ULTRA and there is no box office or a catch up button on the remote. The call centre staff has put me on hold to ask the team leader. I am on hold for 15 minutes now and counting. I am so frustrated with this company. I wish there was an alternative to this organisation.
Nissan SA, please leave the making of bakkies to the manufacturers that know how too, like Toyota and Ford. The New Nissan Navarra is a joke, it has all these electronic features that do not work if its too cold or if the sun shines on the radar at a certain angle. The reverse camera, please just remove it. Even better stop making cars.
