Please be alerted. Went to House of Pregos Saturday night to have dinner. 1st they brought us raw chicken. 2nd they broke into my partners car in parking and stole around R30 000 sound equipment. Went to owner to see if they could check on the camera pointing directly on the car in parking. Owner was too busy gambling and according to him on a "winning streak" on his slots while I was standing behind the waiter that called him. Then said to the waiter he doesn't give a f#@*. When he saw me he jumped up. Explained to him what happened. He said he can't help us. Just shrugged up his shoulders and said they stole his camera system too. Did not offer the slightest bit of help.
Worst experience ever just trying to schedule a date at the Spa Very rude staff. Bought a voucher for a half spa day. Voucher gave 2 numbers to make booking on. Message the one number and messages were not going through, so I messaged the other. Eventually booked a date. Some priorities came forth that i must attend on the day i booked so i messaged them to re-schedule for another date. The staff working with the bookings told me that there is a 25% postponing fee that will have to be paid. I asked her to send me their policy so i can read what their rules and regulations are, and she was arrogant and told me she said it was 25% - after a struggle i got the policy from her. As I messaged for a new date the message did not go through, so I used the other number provided on the voucher. The staff person was utterly rude towards me and made the accusation that i tried to book a new reservation, as to where i showed her that i asked to reschedule and not make a new booking. If this is the way they treat clients before the day of the actual occurrence I would definitely not recommend even going there. Totally unacceptable. Phoned Villa Paradiso and they said i must take it up with the lady that was so rude herself... Not helpful at all.
