Waiting period and staff attitude
Been waiting for hours before they attend to me and they are still saying its possible to wait for more than 6 hours while they claim to be a private hospital. If you are in need of hospital assistance, personally not recommending LIFE ST domenics in EAST LONDON.

Poor Service & unfaithfulness
I got into an accident where I was bumped. I called naked, they towed my car to SMD for more than 5 days they are still saying they are waiting for an assessor. They further told me that they gonna require excess for the to fix my car even though it’s not my fault. I decided to fix the car myself, now they don’t wanna release my car at SMD because Naked hasn’t authorised it to be released. This is the ****iest insurance ever so from my point of view try another insurance and not this one. You till thank me later

Fraud alert & false advertising
I bought a car at Autowheels free state Bloemfontein and it had problems on the day of delivery. They don’t wanna take their car back. They don’t respond emails and don’t take calls. Their car it rains water gets inside heavily. So please be aware of them. The cars they sell are totally not in good condition.
