Paying for nothing?
I started a internet fiber contract with Telkom. The technicians could not properly install the router and internet connection. After 2 weeks of logged calls they still could not fix/connect the router. I made 1 call to another service provider and 3 days later everything was sorted. The problem is Telkom has logged a contract and I am paying for a service not delivered. Trying to end the contract seems impossible. Calling them just ends with getting a message to log on to their website. Even this seems impossible, multiple resetting of passwords and online account and still cannot login. Sending messages online for them to call back, and still nothing.

Subscription and customer service
If you are 100% sure that online trading is for you this product will work. I wanted training and Aimx offered training and a simulation program where I could train and do simulated trades in real time. This part was all good. Now the reason for the low rating. After 6 months of training I decided to stop; and Aimx does not allow you to stop. (I did reach the 40% profit ratio in certain weeks, but my average is 38%). Aimx only wants the rest of the purchase money and do not take no for an answer. You get zero support when trying to stop the subscription. I have sent 5 e-mails and not 1 reply answered any question I asked. Each reply stated a different reason I am not allowed to stop. In the last e-mail I quoted the signed Aimx contract where it stated I had to “choose” if I wanted to proceed. Since then, I have not received any replies.
