PMD has provided feedback regarding my dispute and attached an “Expert” report as part of the outcome. However, upon reviewing the expert report, it is evident that the data contained therein is inaccurate, particularly regarding the date of the accident, which differs from the actual date on record. If the report contains such discrepancies, it raises concerns as to how it can be re**** upon to determine the outcome of my claim. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed, given the inaccuracies in the report.
My claim was rejected on the grounds of alleged overspending, as stated by their appointed "expert." This decision was made despite my provision of comprehensive trip report data from CarTrack, which detailed my travel speed at the time of the incident. I have subsequently filed a dispute, requesting that they furnish the data supporting their assertion regarding my speed. They have indicated that they must first consult with their "expert" and obtain permission before releasing the report. Furthermore, they stated that certain information deemed confidential would need to be redacted from the report prior to its release. Given their stated intention to modify the report before its submission, how can I be assured of its authenticity? Additionally, what is the basis for their disputing the data provided by CarTrack?
Bad experience I received at Mintys Bedfordview, they made me pay for my old tyres and claimed they had discounted on the purchased tyres hence if I need them I have to pay them. I'm never visiting that shop again. 😠 😡 👎 #TyreShop #BadService
TransUnion is the worst credit bureau. I logged a dispute for them to remove closed accounts and they responded to my dispute two days after with the same accounts still reflecting. Other credit bureau's have updated accordingly but Transunion is just useless, I don't think they even followed up to check the accounts but rather they decided to send me the same report without any update. They even dare and refer me to the credit OMBUD as if they've done the job on their side. I can't believe why companies still rely on useless Transunion for our information!
