Bought a gaming chair over 2 months ago. Was told there’s no stock. Was told then I’d get a refund. Followed up a month ago saying it’s in progress. Still didn’t receive my money. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
Okay I’m glad to see I wasn’t the only one with a sort of negative experience. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes (over 1500) one came slightly damaged (had a prominent black mark on it as if it was used) firstly the website promises a free gift for orders over 800 but that was bull**** I don’t receive anything. And secondly I wanted to return the damaged shoe but they charge you to return ? So in actual fact I would’ve lost money to return a damaged shoe. They need to have better return systems and learn from the companies that know how to treat customers like superbalist etc.
The digital architects and the people in charge of the arc Artist programme are useless. They take months to reply- and are unhelpful. Not professional at all. To the business owner you should get advice from companies like Mac and Kryolin who know about customer service and give feedback asap. Your team is taking your money and actually wasting time. It’s pathetic . You guys don’t have one good review - so it’s best to check your team
