I needed some urgent feedback on how to go about arranging a return at Segen solar. I dropped an email and received a call from Sachin Moodley who spoke me through the process and helped me get it resolved. This is a definite 5 Star from me . USELESS COMPANY
Absolutely Pathetic!!! I get calls, emails and sms’s daily from these people about payment that’s due even after payment was made ! They send you old statements and then harass you for payment . One clueless person calls you and then they play tag team . PLEASE SEND YOUR STAFF FOR TRAINING OR CLOSE DOWN!
