I ordered and paid for a Back Straightener and Posture Stabilizer from Hiyaat via the Pinterest app. That was 28 September and so far nothing has arrived and there’s no one to contact. I’m surprised at Pinterest for hosting such a **** company. I’ve read of other such complaints.
On three occasions in the past year if I happen to switch off my phone I find that my SIM card is no longer working when I switch on again as someone has done a sim swap and has used my account *****ulently and run up a huge account. On each occasion, of which one is currently ongoing, it has taken a huge amount of time and effort to get these payments reversed. This all happens in spite of the fact that there is a ***** alert on my account and the services that are *****ulently used are supposed to be blocked. Does this not seem like an inside job ? Why can Vodacom not protect its customers ?
After 11 years of use my inverter blew. I had a new inverter installed but there was no life in it. The lithium batteries that I had purchased from Geewiz three months ago appeared totally dead. Three electricians looked at it but had no idea what the problem was. So I took the inverter with the batteries back to Geewiz. I was greeted immediately by Damien who instantly diagnosed the problem and to my relief, in no time, I had two functioning batteries and a functional inverter. Damien's efficiency was only exceeded by his pleasantness. Thank you Geewiz and thank you Damien.
