Bad service
Dear Tiger Wheel & Tyre Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the service I received at your Nelson Mandela Street branch in Bloemfontein on 25 February 2026. I brought my car in due to a squeaking sound from the front wheels. I was advised that both brake pads and brake discs needed replacement, which I agreed to. However, only two hours after leaving your premises, the car produced an even worse sound than before. I returned the following day, and was told lubrication had been app**** to the discs and that the brake pads needed time to wear in. While the noise temporarily subsided, it returned the very next day. This ongoing issue has left me extremely dissatisfied and embarrassed, as the sound occurs every time I apply the brakes. The service I received has been appalling and has not resolved the problem I initially came in for. I kindly request that this matter be addressed urgently and properly, as I expect professional workmanship and reliable service from your establishment. Sincerely, George Mokhooa 073 33 24862

Very poor service
I must say, when it comes to disappointing service, Hollard is definitely leading the pack, and they are leading the pack with their (favorite quote) " your request will take up to 48hrs to be routed to the relevant department and processing could take up to 2 - 5 working days". A simple 5 year lifecover cashback claim on my life cover that is supposed to be paid in by the 15th September even now its not, backed up with countless emails and staff that is more than willing to toss you from one consultant to the other, no ownership none whatsoever, treating customer fairly it's just there to make the website look fancy,even a complaint and an escalated matter is still treated the same using their favorite quote, that's the last thing on their mind. I can just imagine if we struggle like this now ourselves, what about once we are no longer here and the beneficiary has to come submit a claim, Guys you are really delivering a very pathetic service over there. This is definitely not on
