Order #000233270 via Leroy Merlin So I finally received my shade sails yesterday 23 November, almost a month after my initial order only to find out that one of the three sails are made smaller than the other. You can clearly see that the company responsible for the manufacturing "Shadeg Shade Sails" ran out of material to complete the job properly. The last sail has the most horrible seam and is about 400mm shorter on one side. What stingy and unprofessional company's are you dealing with Leroy Merlin? I WILL TAKE MY MONEY BACK NOW, you owe me R6000, thanks for wasting my time! Shadeg Shade Sails must probably think they have monkeys for customers that will accept such horrendous quality workmanship. What a slap in the face!! By the way, your shade sails are supposed to be charcoal, but its rather closer to black. Send a courier to come pick this junk up! I will take my business elsewhere.

I Have placed an order for shade netting on 26 October 2022 and was promised delivery on 10 November 2022. 10 November came and went also the eleventh so I phoned customer service only to find a dysfunctional electronic operator. The staff told me not to worry and that it is an independent company that is responsible for the product and shipping, and that it will surely be delivered on 17 November 2022. the date today is the 17'th of November so I tried to access the tracking number, that is still dysfunctional. This time I made sure to write down names. The first assistand (Lebogang) could not really help me at all, but instead tried to send me through to someone senior. This person was probably on lunch as I waited for quite a while for assistance that never came. I phoned 'Courier It', the company responsible for the delivery but were given no assistance part from sending me back to Leroy Merlin's poor electronic operator. This time Lebogang again sent me through to Oscar who promised to look into my situation and will get back to me this very same day. I'm still waiting and my restaurant which desperately need shade for my costumers are suffering.
