Purchased a phone on the 29th of June. Phone fell shortly after that like all phones do at some point therefore the phone had a dent. Fast forward to 3 months later, the phone was no longer working. Took the phone in as it is still in warranty. The below happened: I was first told to pay for transportation fee for the phone to go to a technician which I refused. Phone comes back and now I'm being told: " The technician didn't wanna open the phone as it has physical damage ( from the fall ) so he won't do a diagnosis. You need to pay as we don't refund or repair technical faults." I AM BEYOND LIVID.
Installation was done within 3 days after I requested for escalation because I'm writing exams. Agents give amazing customer service. Love it!
