Horrible Customer Service
The worst experience ever - I bought shoes on Thursdays the 31st of October 2024 - Wore the shoes on Friday as I walked to the garage I could hear a funny sound but thought it was all in my head - I went back to the house and asked my sister to come and listen whilst I walked, she confirmed the sound was coming from the shoes. I therefore, decided to take them off and decided that I will take them back to the store for an exchange not a refund. Today the 03/11/2024 I took the shoes back to the store in Randburg square meet up with the manager directly - explained the story to her exactly what had happened. guess what, she said she can't assist me as I have to call the head office for an exchange or a refund. I, therefore decided to leave the shoes in store and told her to keep them I mean I won't wear them anywhere with that puff sound and the shoes are still new and not won at all.

Managing Director Mfundo Gina has none respect what soever for women - I got insulated by this man swearing at me for no reason whatsoever. I would never recommend their services

BAD SERVICE EVER
BAD SERVICE EVER!!! Driver came to deliver glasses to our company upon deliver he threw the box on the floor. The below response was given by the company manage by the name of Tebogo from The Courier guy. this person needs further training on how to manage queries. This is the most ridiculous response ever. Please provide footage of driver throwing box upon delivery as he states he placed the box down and both he and receiver heard the broken crockery, unfortunately you agreed to the T's & C's when booking the shipment
