My son has a VW POLO GT which was front damaged. The repairs to the damage of the vehicle is good... Well done there. However, we've been waiting for almost a year for the correct grill...a Polo GT has a specific grill! Whenever we make enquiries, we are always told "it's on order and will arrive soon"... Really now, this is very disappointing and unprofessional. The insurance will know about this...
I gave 1 star on my previous review because I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. This serves to confirm that my floor was eventually redone... I can't remember the exact date...but it was eventually done after a long wait. Hence, I will upgrade my review, but cannot, unfortunately, give more than two stars as the communication (during my wait for the floor to be fixed) left a lot to be desired.
Absolute BAD service... I put in a claim for funeral policy a week ago and still haven't been paid out 😢
What bad service! I hereby wish to express my complete and utter dismay with the service of Barry Kapelus Carpeting. First I had to wait 3 months, from May (when the deposit was paid) until August, when the job was actually done. During this time I spoke with Ralph on numerous occasions over the phone and in person at the store, and he always made promises which were never fulfilled. When the installation was done, the installers broke a tile in the bathroom. My wife and I spoke with Ralph in the first week of October about it and he promised to make a turn at our apartment... He never came! Less than two months after the installation, there are already signs that the floor is lifting and was obviously not fitted properly. I contacted the store on the 24th of October and spoke with Tristan/Justin (not sure of name) who promised to give Ralph the message and assured me he would get back to me. I waited 3 weeks with no response and decided to contact them on 12 November - I was promised it would be done the following week. That week just passed and lo and behold it is not done... I tried messaging them on Friday, 18 November, no reply thus far... Pathetic! Very unprofessional!
