First resort man can you explain why room would show as available and once booking is confirmed and paid for, only to be told that a booking failed. So a manager at the Magalies one tells me this is a loophole in your system and it can allow multiple people to book the same room. I find this unacceptable for this issue to left like this as this is very misleading to customers. Or is this how you operate to secure bookings so that you can offer postponement? Wonder also how you decide who you give the booking to? So despicable to say the least.
I’ve opened a business account end of September 22, to this day it has not been activated. This is really pathetic service!
