I bought a car from VW Master Cars Gazina, Still now I dont have my spare key and the battery in my car is wrong, I went there to get it changed even now after a month later I am still waiting for the battery appointment and the spare key. Sales Person is Desmond Rakgope.
They switched my lights off beacuse I did not pay the bill on the date I didn't know my bill was due. My bill is always due on the 5th, however I immediately paid the bill and also the reconnection fee. Where one of their staff said that it should be reconnected within 8 hrs from 10:00 am to 22:14 pm that 11+ hours. As I write this review I am in the dark, IS metering they do not know how to treat customers, I suggest you close down and let customers deal with the Municipality straight.
My business account was closed and when I called the business customer service to reopen the account they advised me to go to the nearest brunch, when I got to the brunch they said I need to call business customer service at the bank of which I did and they made me hold for about 1 hour until gave up. I have made a number of contact with FNB to try to reopen my account but I get no help. I am very disappointed with the way FNB treats their clients. How do i go to the bank and be asked to call customer service when i was advised to go to the bank by someone at customer services.
