Bought a car in the dealership I think it was 2022. When I bought the car firstly I complain about the car not being serviced before being handed over to me and then next thing after few weeks saw that the front bumper was damaged and front brake pad were damaged had to complain to the manager and as everyone is complaining didn't get the spare key. Till this day no one is answering my calls. Something needs to be done to this dealership.

This is the WORST dealership we have EVER had to work with trying to buy a car. NO ONE has a clue what is going on there. The sales staff is *********** and does not give you feedback, furthermore they are impossible to get hold of.

I bought a car from VW Master Cars Gazina, Still now I dont have my spare key and the battery in my car is wrong, I went there to get it changed even now after a month later I am still waiting for the battery appointment and the spare key. Sales Person is Desmond Rakgope.

My excitement went from 100 to 0 in just a week, I bought a car Polo Vivo Comfortline from VW Master Cars Gezina, little did I know it was one of their **** tactics, Angela who claims that she is a reputable salesperson but has 0 knowledge about the product she is selling just sold me a dream. The car has lot of issues, to name a few brake issues, tires finished, some parts of the car re-painted yet her and the manager claim the car is accident free and DEKRA approved. I called her to report the issue I had with the car she said she is not at work and the workshop is closed on Saturday. I insisted on going there to my surprise she was there when I got to the dealership. Instead of her giving me the answers as to why did she not disclose the issues on the car, she claimed she is just a salesperson and know nothing about the car. As shocking as this was, she started arguing with me and my sister trying to act like a victim in the whole situation. I feel sorry for VW to hire people like her (on that not she is an intern with no professional customer service etiquettes) because her customer service is totally 0% am still surprised that people like her are allowed to work directly with customers. Furthermore, I have requested DEKRA report they keep on playing hide and seek about it. Can VW assist to sort out this matter as this is bad for VW. I hate my car already. The experience with VW Master Cars Gezina makes me question the brand. They don’t deserve a star!!!!!!!

The services received is very POOR!!!!! -I asked for the car roadworth certificate, they've been making empty promises -On the 2nd day I received the car, I had a puncher I sent the car to them to fix but they refused to repair however on the warranty it says the ties are included. - I was provided with a spare key that isn't working when I'm asking for another one they keep saying they will provide me and it's been weeks now. - The car doesn't have the tailboard.

I would firstly like to advise anyone who would like to buy a car to NEVER buy a car at Master car VW in Gezina, I bought a car(Hyundai i20N) last year 23rd of September 2022 and had a strange sound in the engine this was 2 weeks after getting my car and reported the matter to the dealership on the 3rd of October 2022, was advised to bring the car at the Warehouse in Gezina which i did and spoke to Neo Mas the manager after the car was checked they advised that they are willing to fix the matter(car) as they see it had an issue because the car was not even serviced by the dealership, I was promised a call back as they first needed to order the parts that are needed. I have been doing follow-up emails with Daniel Lehari ,Nicky Thipe and Neo since last year i have been ignored till today i have never heard a thing from them. I advise again " DO NOT BUY A CAR THERE " or you will regret it.
