They always mix up orders and it’s a hustle to change them. It’s better buying from the store. I don’t recommend anyone to use them
poor service from Zama Modiga, it's taking ages just to amend my application. No one is updating me about the progress even if I call, send an email or sms.
Poor service. The team is helpless, especially Zama Modiga. You have to send several emails for her to respond. As customers we deserve better
FNB service is pathetic, the consultants don't reply to emails, and you have to call them to check emails. Zama Modiga was the consultant assigned to my Home Loan application but she wasn't replying to my emails or answering my calls.
