How does financial statements and details suddenly become personal identification details for verification purposes AFTER a personal verification was passed? If that were the case a bookkeeper would have a better chance at passing the Nedbank verification than the account holder. Obviously this logic is severely flawed.<br> <br> Would Nedbank accept responsibility for any losses due to fraud if I was to use a PC of unknown security status to obtain financial details after answering personal details correctly to complete Nedbank's verification process? Sure this is a security issue and should be looked into? I need to point out that upon the initial request I verified the correct telephone number twice - you have these recordings.
