I am not a happy client paid and ordered online and paid in full was given a order number and now when i want to follow up no number whapp email or land line is working. So are tjey steeling clients money and dont sent the product bought
This is a ****, amd they give false info and doesn't answer once the truth is on the table. How do we get our money back is such situations.

Hi, I am verry upset they offer every client after their contract expires an upgrade option. As i was on line to look at the deals they have just to find out that i am.due for a upgrade and they just refuse to help in a upgrade that i was interested in. As a loyal and well payer never in arrears or late payments They just refuse helping people. What is the use for being at a service provider that doesn't even provide after service quick to debit the account but with upgrades just refuse to assist in what we actually wanted.
I am a retailer ordering from USA. DPD is the courier they chose. To my disappointment they are beyond the point of delivering a good service. You can mail phone and ask no one gets back to you and sent you mails with false address ant tell you that they were there and no one home and the picture provided not even ones own house. And when you query they have 3 different answers to one query? How does that work. I tried to phone Gustaf Trieghaardt at pretoria branch watloo no luck i have spoken to Ms Jele no luck and maild S Mahbena several times and no answer what must one do to get our Parcells that we paid for
