Custom Creations changes their name to Authentic Naude - be careful!
I hope that people see this post, a company originally trading as Custom Creations recently claimed their business was closing, took a lot of client's deposit and payments for items never delivered and or manufactured. They have now opened a new business Authentic Naude, please, please do not order from this company, no matter how temped you are, look out for the name Cel as she is now calling herself or Celeste Naude, this is what they do, they **** people.

Please be warned, this company is accepting deposits once receipt an e-mail is sent. I paid my deposit less than a week ago, so they would already have known about the supposed "struggling business". Good morning, I’m writing to inform you that I have made the extremely difficult decision to cease all business operations due to financial insolvency. At this stage, I no longer have the resources or capacity to complete outstanding orders, and unfortunately, your order cannot be fulfilled. Unfortunately, the financial climate in South Africa has made it incredibly difficult for small businesses to survive. Like many others, we’ve done everything possible to keep going, but we are now among the many who have had to close our doors, and as such we have also had to let our amazing staff go. In some cases, work may have already started, or materials may have been allocated — but due to the overall financial position of the business, I am unable to proceed with production or offer refunds. While I have not yet appointed a liquidator, I am currently considering the appropriate legal and financial steps to wind down the business responsibly and transparently, but there are no assets and no way to recover at this point. I understand how disappointing and frustrating this news may be, and I want to express my sincere regret. This outcome is not what I intended, and it comes after exhausting every realistic option to keep afloat. SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!
We have purchased many items from Coricraft over the years and have always been very pleased with the service - until now! We ordered a couch weeks ago, were told to expect a lead time of 6 - 8 weeks, ok, so we can live with that, however were never kept informed as to the progress, when we eventually followed up, they told us delivery was expected a couple of weeks ago, well, let me tell you with great disappointment still nothing has arrived. We have excuses anything from the truck with hi-jacked, to they were not happy with the quality from the factory, to not having a truck to deliver. But hey - pay your balance purchase price and we'll deliver - well that was done, and guess what we still no delivery. I cannot believe that a group the size of Coricraft cannot hire in a vehicle for a customer that they have disappointed over and over and over again.
