really bad experience... i needed to cancel my medical aid and wanted to immediately move to another medical as i don't like the idea of not being covered so in other words i planed it so that i cancel my medical and as it ends the end of month i immediately start new. Tendahealth got in touch completed forms but did not hear back the finally got an answer their phones does not work so were gonna complete the next steps via mail (which i am fine actually prefer with like everything documented) but even with all the documents with all my personal information he still got even my bank wrong and could not give me an answer on the monthly amount just that it would be determined even though i chose an option with a fixed amount already. so needless to say i asked for the full deductible amount before any deductions can be made, never hear anything back again were in the middle of the next month already i have no medical aid and they were so unhelpful it is unbelievable. Never work with them!!
