Had the best service last Saturday! We were at the Sanctuary Burger King drive through in Somerset West, the cue was long but at the last window where one of the employees hand over your order we knew the wait was worth it. He was extremely kind, you don't see that in fast food industries anymore (which I could also understand) but he was such a kind person he made us laugh and in a five minute encounter we felt rejuvenated. His positive attitude definitely had an impact pn our day and we were so happy to have had that 5 minute encounter he even gave us two promotional paper crowns for Call of Duty because we complimented the one he was wearing. I hope Burger King cherishes that guy because I truly embodies remarkable customer service.
Man, I love them! The best part is when they predict the delivery date and surprise you with an earlier delivery. I never had any issues with them and I've been using takealot for years, their customer care is amazing considering these people work nearly around the clock to keep to business running and clients happy. I have no complaints truly.
Honestly, the worst experience I would 100% recommend to rather go with Udemy. After canceling my subscription they persisted to take money from my account and this happened at the start of covid when the company I worked for had to close down so money was tight. You simply don't get a hold of them and I tried nearly everything, no success. I has to get a new bank card because the bank couldn't block them. That was the only way to get rid of them, it's been a horrible experience.
I've been a loyal FNB client since I opened my first bank account at the age of 16 and I'm not planning on going anywhere else. The other day I had an issue with my banking app, due to me forgetting my password when setting up the app on my new phone one of the consultants who assisted me on the matter via a phone call was extremely patient and kind. He helped me through the entire process and I was so sick at the time so I could barely speak but he persisted to assist me with kindness and in a matter of minutes my issue was resolved. Service like that can't be measured and it's not the norm anymore, customer care nowadays only aims to solve the issues not so much to invest the time, patience and kindness to build a long-lasting client relationship. FNB definitely cares about you and that's one of the main reasons for why I will not be changing banks.
Avis in Stellenbosch was amazing to start off with, but the issue at hand is the fact that they're not paying back my cash deposit and when I phoned they apparently had the wrong account number so the payments keeps "bouncing back" was their words. This makes no sense and I know for a fact I provided the correct account number which means they made an error when capturing the data, its been 12 business days since I returned the car.
