The Director/MD at Gauteng City College, Dries Mostert still refuses to pay my invoice which was submitted in September for services rendered in August 2025. I tried calling, messaging and emailing but to no avail. I was told that I am not the only service provider that Dries the MD has not paid. Robert contacted me and Merisha met with me and gave the go ahead to recruit. It seems that the employees have no say in anything and even a lesser say in getting the invoice paid because Dries refuses to process the payment. This is my second post on Hello Peter, and payment was still not recieved. Clearly the leader of GCC has no ethics and very poor business sense. And today when I called Robert, he did not answer my call!
It is so disappointing how GCC Houghton runs their business. Dries the MD does not pay his invoice, he allows his Managers Robert and Merisha to get service provider to recruit persons with disabilities then does not pay the service providers, always making excuses that Dries is not in his office to process the invoice or the staff themselves are never in the office. Robert keeps making excuses for non payment. I recruited for GCC in July/ August and no payment has been made as yet. Disgusting Values and Ethics and they train people! they need to be trained on how to settle their accounts and how to conduct business ethically!
need training on customer service - Judie at Buffalo Logistics asked if I could collect my parcel and was told its been dispatched already so I cannot collect it and that I will only receive the parcel within 48hours. I said that its the first time that I am buying from Shein, and asked for the process to be explained. It was like talking to a machine.
