I have been trying to get an Eid lunch buffet booking hower they are said to be fully booked. I have been doing follow up emails to Charl who has been unresponsive to my requests. Unprofessional when your queries deliberately go unnoticed.

What a horrible customer journey on Black Friday prices were constantly changing in the cart and was inconsistent. Pathetic Customer service lacking empathy and failure to provide solutions using repetitive with email macros with lack of personalization.They need to level up since they are one of the biggest online retailers in South Africa.
