Purchased a product from Amazon and they used DPD laser as the courier company. At first they had someone phone to confirm address but still could not deliver the parcel. I logged a ticket on their helpdesk system, with NO RESPONSE. So I decided to give them a call. I called the number and selected 2 for tracking enquiries, I started at caller no. 90 and waited for the 10 minutes to get to caller number 3 and then i am caller number 101 again. So I called back and chose no 9 to speak to a representative, again waited about 10 minutes and got to no1 only to have the call cut. Their "help Bot" on the website is pathetic as it just goes round and round to the same message to contact them or email them, both useless paths. Went to the website for "self help" options stated in the message when you call them and low and behold - contact us call or email, back to the useless company they are.
Delivery was slow due to stock issues but got extras for my trouble
It is disgusting that the info given when you sign up is incorrect. We signed up with Fedhealth to get better medical aid, but to our detriment. We phoned to understand some stuff and to make sure that the pre-existing conditions would be honored as we were told it would when we signed up. First the agent said no but then followed up with her supervisor and said to us yes they would. Also the Vault was never explained how it worked so now works out so expensive, but we asked the agent to transfer money from the vault to the savings as she also said we just need to make sure money has been transferred to the savings so that the claims will go off. We went to the doctor and then the pharmacy and of course could not get meds for the pre-existing conditions as for the waiting period which we confirmed would be exempted for the pre-existing conditions. After the 4th agent with a different story every time we can now not get our meds which we require as my wife has depression and my son has adhd. This is utterly disgusting to have a waiting period for people that have had medical aid for the past 23 years shown to them by the certificates which we produced at their request. I recommend NOT TO USE FEDHEALTH as your medical aid. The fact that 4 different agents gave 4 different answers is clear indication.
