The phones do not seem to be working, and I have sent several emails following up on my submission but have not received a response.
My car was due for service on the 11th of June 2024. I was informed to bring my car at 7h00 of which I did, I informed the lady that I will collect the vehicle at 15h30. Mind you my car was the 3rd one in the line when I left it at the service department. Upon collecting the vehicle at 15h30 I was informed that the vehicle was not ready, it was still being serviced. At 16h00 I was informed that they were getting my paperwork ready, come 16h30 I was a bit agitated and I asked the lady what the hold up was, she then directed me to a gentleman who brushed me off and did not attend to my queries. I was then assisted by a lady who was kind enough to apologies about the delay, she too was surprised that the vehicle was not ready at or around the agreed time since I brought in the car quite early and was 3rd one in the line. I was very disappointed by the staff and the servicing of the vehicle. I dont even trust that they did a good job on the vehicle. The car went in having so many issues buy they only stated 3 issues on their invoice. I'm assuming that they did the job hurriedly.
I am frustrated with standard bank. For the past 3 week my account has been inactive as it has been blocked. They haven't called to inform me the reason for blocking the account, in fact I have been the one making follow ups and trying to escalate the issue. All they tell me is that my issue has been escalated and i should await their call.
Bonitas double debited for the month of November and December without my consent, I was not informed about being double deducted. This had greatly inconvenienced me financially. I am not pleased with their service.
