Bad services i came here with a sick 5 months old baby and thry made us wait for 8 hours surronded by all the sick people and we were not attended.. This is the worst clinic ever.
The worst service ever, there is this lady called Teboho who works at till 7 she doesn't deserve to work there cauae she's constantly on her phoneaking personal calls while we are there at the que waiting for her to help us. She will spend 15 minutes on yhe phone then after go on WhatsApp and be busy texting while there ia a client there on her desk amd constantly going up and down pretending to be busy and on top of that she's very rude and she keeps chasing people ans telling them to come back tomorrow... I heard these 2 gentlemen complaining saying that she's been chasing them for 4 days now ans they have not received any help. She is very rude ams giving the department a bad name
Webafrica has such poor service with thier client they hardly reply to to messages and they never assist u on the phone, how does one need to be happy with a service that is not working and no one is willing to assist that time they bill you for something that is not working
Webafrica is the worst fiber company, they take time to reply to messages, when call them try promise to call you back then they ever call back. My wifi has never been connected then they bill comes back with the price we never agreed on. I've never experienced such bad service!!. I'm really disappointed in the way they treat their customers
