I dont understand why Virgin Active keeps calling from September last year regarding someone else membership. I keep telling them to remove my details from that membership and to stop calling me while I dont have a virgin active membership.
Happy customer right here. With my tight budget and looking for luggage to travel in a months time, I came across this shop online. I am very impressed with the quality and size of the bag. And the delivery was quite swift and fast. Cant wait to embark on my travelling journeys with these luggage bags
Update on my issue with Vox Telecom. After still delivering the router at the Vox warehouse and they assured me that they will issue a debit note for the invoice. Vox still decides that they are going to continue to charge me for a router that i delivered to their offices way ahead my debit order date let alone their billing run. I plan to escalate this matter to the Consumer Tribunal because they certainly have inconvenienced me.
Vox Telecom just ****ming people money I had wifi router with Vox Telecom, and changed my package to fibre. Upon cancellation I was told that they will charge a fee for collection of the router but I have an option to take the router to their offices within 30 days of cancellation. Hardly 5 days into cancellation I receive an invoice and they debited my account for the collection fee. By the way I live less than 5km and could have delivered it myself but they decided to bill me before the 30 days. I did not complain about this issue. They never bothered to collect their router in that 30 days. They contacted me 2 months later and made arrangements. They still did not collect the router. 2 months later again they want to collect, and I inform them that the day they want to come I am not home. Can they arrange for another day. They never came back to me. Today they issue me with an invoice of R1300.00 saying i failed to return their router, while they charged me collection fee. This is madness. There is no way that you will make me pay for something that you were supposed to collect. I am reporting this unfair treatment with consumer tribunal.

DSTV multichoice *******. There are agents that subscribed packages under my name while I not aware. It is better to check your premiums and statements on a monthly basis. This is *****. Worst part, I have been struggling with showmax, i paid the subscription but showmax kept indicating that i do not have an active subscription. Then next thing dstv tells me that I have been charged for something that I have not been able to use. Basically these showmax agents did nothing to resolve my query, and just ripped me off my subscription for the period.

I would like to share my experience with Vox Telecom. I received my router and sim card, and when I tried to connect it, it did not work. I contacted the customer support numerous times, no one could assist me. They never get back to you on your issue, but then they will be billing for a service that I never used since I received the router. It is a struggle to get through to get someone to assist you, they told me that your ticket has been logged with high priority but I spent the entire weekend with service but they want me to pay.
Rain will tell you that you have 5G coverage. But their tower is always down. I never have network in my area but I pay my subscription in full every month. This is a ****. I logged a call 3 times, but they still say they are working on it.
