Ekerold Yamaha
Worst agents in the universe. Went there a couple of times to purchase spares for my kymco s******. Every time i can't find what I'm looking for. 1st i treid to get a drive belt inOctober but had no luck. The end of November on a Saturday i went there to get a carburetor and intake for my kymco. The guy told me he will have a price and everything on Monday. On Tuesday i phoned to find out what is going on haven't heard nothing as yet. An other guy told me that the guy that helped me is on leave and he will send an email to the suplayer but will take 2 days to open the email. Witch I doubt. Later that week thy guy emailed me saying he is back at work and will get in touch with me its basically a month later and didn't hear anything back. I won't recommend anyone to go to ekerold Yamaha in pietermaritzburg. The staff doesn't care about customers and they never got what you want. They are kymco and Yamaha agents but are useless

Got a contract with this company. I'm was told to pay 399 a month. This month they took 399 on the 1st of November and again they took 2 more payments of 399 each on the 17 of November. On the 24 of November they took 399 again. Its a total of 1596. I tried contacting them but no luck. I tried emailing them but still no answer. Watch out for them looks like they are crooks and wat to drain an account for no reason
