Poor Property Management and Lack of Accountability
I would strongly caution homeowners before trusting this agency with their property. From what I have experienced, there appears to be serious overcrowding at a neighbouring property under their management, with far more occupants than what would reasonably be expected for the size of the home, including individuals staying in the garage. This has resulted in ongoing disturbances that directly affect surrounding residents. There also does not appear to be consistent or thorough inspection processes in place. Concerns regarding tenant behaviour and the impact on neighbours were raised, along with supporting evidence, yet the issues have not been resolved. Communication has been dismissive and unhelpful, with responsibility seemingly shifted rather than addressed. Based on my experience, I would not feel confident placing my property in their care. I encourage other homeowners to conduct thorough due diligence and ensure they are fully satisfied with the company’s management practices before signing a mandate. This review reflects my personal experience.

I told them my current insurance is just to much to afford and the immediately gave me a much better option, which covers much more and the access doesn't cost you a arm and a leg

Today I just had to load my SN onto my policy and Wilhemina Kabini assisted me with a smile and had it sorted in a few minutes

WARNING! STAY CLEAR OF THIS MONEY GREEDY COMPANY!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! They are quick to collect the cash every month but once there's a problem they just put their hands up in the air and say its not on their side! Also when you ask for a manager the agents refuse to assist, when you do get a agent to assist you will wait 5 months for a call back from that said manager! HORRIBLE SERVICE and COMPANY! I have been off for 2 days and I work from home they literality do not care! If I am paying you for a service you are responsible for the outcome of that service not your vendor!
