Cell c is useless

I applied for a new contract with cell c and the phone I ordered was not the one I expected I returned the phone immediately but month end got debited. Cell c called and promised to pay me back but I have been sent from pillar to post. I am beyond angry right now

Fishway dawn park

Dawn park fishway is very unprofessional shame. I placed my order and promised to receive it in an hour but nothing has been delivered and they are not answering calls anymore. My call keeps on being cut. Very disappointed
