What a bad experience we had at McDonald's today, besides the time we had to wait for our food, when the waitress brought our food to the table, she did not greet us and apologized for taking so long, she didn't even look at us, she looked the other way while placing the tray on the table and went away. When we asked her if she went to a restaurant and was treated the same way that she did would she be happy? She said she wouldn't mind because she is also a busy person and she is a carefree person, she rushes through work and does not care about anything else, which sounded very rude. If this is the kind of service we are going to get at McDonald's Pietermaritzburg Church street, we will assume that McDonald's has decided to train their stuff like this. The lady had very bad customer service.
Hi On the 23 October 2022 I purchased Shoes online. They said I will get my order on Monday 28 November 2022. On Monday I received sms saying my order is out for delivery . I waited but instead I received a message in the evening saying my order could not be delivered. 29th same messages. 30th same thing but after laying a compplain via their whatsupp channels , they changed the sms saying my Address has error. I gave them my contact numbers , no one called to say the address has error. And worse part is Other companies never got any issues with my delivery address. They are scamming me. And I cannot see an option to ask for refund. I am disappointed. So be warned. If they really experiencing error on the delivery address they were going to call me and ask for clarity or alternative address but no. They hid behind online shopping.
