Good afternoon.A Doves employee sore me on a social media platform TikTok .He commented on my personal TikTok profile on my videos and told me to **** Off.I have never done anything to him as I do not know him.My video was a property education video to the public as I have a South African Influencer and a real estate agent by profession.The name of the Employee is Thamie Mkhize .On his personal TikTok profile he has pictures and videos of him wearing and doing Doves Funeral work.I am disappointed on such a character that Doves represents.Please attend to this matter as I have all proofs.My phone number is 076 465 6956 and my email is nzuzo@ocebisaproperties.co.za
Maxidor is a terrible company .I put the order for my shutters 6 weeks ago ,with full payment but I have not received my shutters to date .They informed me after my payment that it will take two weeks for them to install my shutters but that never happened.Then they informed me that my shutters will be finished on the 29th of October 2024.I formed them I cannot wait that long .Maxidor and myself then agreed on the finish and installation date to be the 18th of October 2024 but still they have not finished the production of my shutters .On the 18th of October 2024 I requested my full refund back and they informing me to wait another week for them to finish production of the shutters.I want my full refund back Immediately and they are not giving it to me .Never us Maxidor ever guys,you will regret it
Regus is not interested on customer service but the only thing they interested is making as much money from a client as possible.I was using the co-working in Westway Westville Office park.The setting of my office was of a co - working space that had three desks.I signed the agreement based on what Regus was offering me with the co-working.Six months into our agreement I get informed that there have been a change of plans.They have now signed a big deal with a big corporate client for two years and I have to move out of the office and take a small working space which is called a think tank,this space cannot even fit two people in it .I then informed them ,that this option they are offering me will not work and I would rather pay more for a bigger office in their other centre at Pharos house ,which will cost me R1000 more then the current rental lease agreement that I was paying for , which I did not budget for or predict I would be in this situation in the duration of our 12 month rental lease agreement .I am then informed that I will be charged a activation fee and restoration fee of a total of R1500 if I choose to move to another Regus Centre.If I ask what this money is for,they inform me that it’s because I am going to a different centre .Mind you that this centre I am moving too is still owed by Regus.Why am I being charged this R1500 because it is not my fault that I have to move because they signed a big deal with a corporate company .I asked my centre manager at Westway office park what this money is for,she informs me it’s because I’m leaving the Regus Westway office park and I am going to the Regus Pharos House centre .This is such a big disappointment from Regus .I have also been billed on coffee and tea that I have not drank for a monthly period of five months but I had informed my centre manager a number of times that I do not make use of these services and she must remove it off my Acc.I wrote a email to Regus about this but they only credited me for one month only .The rest of the four months of my money has gone down the drain,which is a fee of R450 monthly,which totals a amount of R1800 down the drain.What business practice is this?Regus has a gangsterism work culture.Clients are not respected here at all .My personal belongings were moved to another office,without any prior knowledge notification ,what type of treatment is this ,as I am a paying client who pays every month without fail .I do not advice anyone to make use of this service.You will be billed on services you do not use and they will just throw you around like a tennis ball.I fail to register my disquiet about this horrible service.
