My internet has been off for 3 days now following the rain on Monday in Cape Town. I have been using the dumb whatsapp number that takes me in circles to ask me, is my internet SLOW or OFF. Everytime I follow the insanely slow to respond bot, it circles back to say speak to an agent (NO AGEN EVER REACHES OUT AND I HAVE NO WAY OF CONTACTING THIS GHOST AGENT) Or just asks me the same old questions over and over. I have called the line more than 6 times alone today, one time they said they will get a manager to call me and guess what, no one called. It is 16:30 on a Friday afternoon now, I work from home and now my whole family must be without internet connection this whole weekend. This is totally unacceptable.
I really love Spur. But can someone please help me understand why I can't order a kiddies Milkshake , since it is advertised for the whole world to see, but when I ask about getting one , I am told that I cannot get it because I am not a child ? But my child can eat my food right ? I don't understand. If I wanted a kiddies meal at Burger King that's fine, but this is a first for me. I just don't get it .
