Deliberate negligence and terrible customer service.
I made a purchase of over R8000. Some accessories were deliberately removed from the packaging. I was not advised of this fact even though I told the salesperson that I did not live close-by and that they should make sure everything was in the box. Upon realising that the items were in fact missing I contacted the store. At first they treated me like a ******** interrogating me. Then a few days days I discovered that they removed the items because they had expired. They refused to courier it to me. I had to drive out of my way and pay parking fee to collect the items.

I ordered a gift for a relative who was admitted to hospital. I didn’t have detailed information other than the name of the hospital. When the person arrived to deliver the gift and he made enquiries and took the initiative to call me (via the office) a few times. With his help and a positive attitude we found the patient. Thank you for going the extra mile.
