Rather use another Agency
I had the displeasure of dealing with extremely rude and pushy agents, Kira Maartens and Yakshay Maharaj would made my purchase experience seem forced. Rather go with another agent who is more grateful for your business.

Device not Delivered
I am struggling to get any response from Telkom. I've upgraded my contract and have not yet received my new device which im paying for after 4 months! Serries Arries promised to assist and I have never heard from her after the initial conversation. This is dishonest an unprofessional! Please help!!!!!!!

Poor service and no feedback
I have been sold an upgrade by Siyanda Gregory Mntaka. 1. He allocated the upgrade to the wrong account 2. The phone was faulty and overheating and I had to return it 3. Its been a month now and I still havent received my replacement handset 4. Siyanda Gregory Mntaka, does not reply to my mails. Can anyone help???
