I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience I had with CompTIA’s OnVUE online testing platform. I was scheduled to write a CompTIA exam using the OnVUE application, and the process failed entirely due to what appears to be serious flaws in their system. The application repeatedly flagged my upload speed as being below 1MB, despite the fact that I was connected to a high-speed fibre internet connection with a 5G backup. To verify this, I ran multiple speed tests using other applications, all of which confirmed that my internet connection was stable and well within the required limits. In an effort to resolve the issue, I restarted my internet connection, rebooted the modem, and ensured that only one computer was connected to the network. None of this made any difference. What is particularly frustrating is that when I used CompTIA’s system test with the provided dummy code, everything worked without issue. However, as soon as I accessed the actual exam link, the system suddenly failed, with no clear explanation or support provided. As a result, I lost my exam attempt and the full exam fee. I was not given the option to reschedule, nor was any reasonable assistance offered. This lack of flexibility and accountability is unacceptable, especially given the cost of these exams. The entire experience left me feeling misled and unfairly treated. This serves as a serious warning to anyone considering taking a CompTIA exam online. Ensure that your system meets not only the stated requirements, but also the platform’s inconsistent and unreliable checks. Had I known this would happen, I would have chosen to write the exam at a physical testing center instead of relying on a deeply flawed online system.

I was signed up for the Thrive loyalty program without my consent, and as a result, R25 was being debited from my account each month without my knowledge. I only discovered this after selling my crypto shares and noticing that my balance was lower than expected. This is a warning to other customers to carefully check their accounts — you might be paying for something you never signed up for. To make matters worse, their response time was poor; I had to wait two days before I was contacted.
Im disappointed in the service that was provided , you guys told me to pay R900 so that you dont blacklist me and i did that on the 26th of September , when i did a follow up today apparently they have not done what they had to do on their end. The Lady does not even know my name but she was the one sending me messages on Whatsapp to pay , I even signed the documents and still nothing has been done. Very Disappointing.
We ordered Spicy McFeast and the spicy sauce was not there , when we tried to ask them why they told us we need to extra cash. Bad service and this is my last time.
