Unable to Finish writing online Pearson Exam
Absolutely disgraceful - I was busy writing my online Microsoft PL-900 exam, during the process of answering the first question, the proctor messaged to ask if I was finished with my exam, I rep**** no I am still busy with the first question and by the time I got to the 3rd question the proctor ended the exam abruptly with no explanation, I followed the rules and did nothing wrong and paid R1000 for the exam I was thrown out for, for NO REASON!!!!

****ING HORRIBLE
I have updated my ID now 5 times according to how they ask and still they failed to process my transaction. The customer service is a bot and they do not answer calls.

Slow and Pricy
very slow, waited for an hour for my car to get checked and OVERPRICED paid 3000 rand for polo back bumper - so don't waste your time and money with panelbeaters through insurance

Rain lacks support and dedication towards customers
I bought a 4G sim card - Rain's website indicated that the location that I would be using would have signal. The delivery process was nothing short of a nightmare but when I eventually had the sim card, there was no internet - absolutely no support from rain to try and fix the problem - as they claim it is the router that is the problem - they have no contact details and they just decide whether they want to help or not.
