I have been a Vodacom client for more than 20 years. Despite this, I have received bad service. A week before the end of June 2024 I was contacted by Vodacom. The agent informed me that the package on one of my cellphone subscriptions(0609639186) would expire at the end of the month. The agent informed me that there was a better package which included a router and a sim card. I informed the agent that I did not need a router as I had wi-fi at home with M-web and I don't want a new sim card. The agent assured me that package included the router. I specifically asked the agent if my son would be able to use the same Sim card and I was assured that my son would continue to use the same card. On 30/06/2024 the my son's cellphone had no service. I phoned Vodacom to enquire and I was informed that the package was for only for wifi. Why would a Vodacom agent phone me to inform me that one of my CELLPHONE contracts was expiring, knowing that it was for a cellphone and then proceed to sell me a "better" package, knowing that the package for wifi???? The router was returned to Vodacom which was received by them on 2/7/2024. After numerous calls to Vodacom to sort out this mess caused by Vodacom's agent's misrepresentation I was informed that the reversal would only go through at the end of July 2024 thereafter my son's cellphone would be activated. I explained to them that this was unprofessional and unacceptable as my son is a university student and is unable to use his phone. On 4/7/2024 I informed that they would put in a request for an urgent reversal that would take between 3-5 working days. On 8&9 July 2024 I phoned Vodacom to establish how far the reversal was and was then informed that the reversal would only go through on 31/7/2924. When I informed them that I was assured on 4/7/2024 that it would 3-5 working they had no knowledge hereof. I tried to explain to them that my son needs his cellphone and can't wait until the end of July. I was simply to to buy him a pre-paid sim card. Why is this necessary? Why can Vodacom not fix up this mess that they have created? Why does this become the problem of the client? Vodacom has now blocked my own number on the 0821945 and 082135.
Report fraud by clickongames to Ombudsman and to your bank. I also opened criminal case against them. Received a refund after a week.
Don't buy anything from them. I paid R11099 for a PS5 on 14/11/22. They are not responding to my emails. They are not answering my calls.
I paid for a PS5 on 14/11/2022. The following morning proof of payment was confirmed. Since then there has been no communication. I have send a number of emails and I have tried to phone them without any success. I contacted the delivery service, Pargo, and they indicated that Click on games is not one of their clients. I have fraud case against them. They are MF criminals!
