Scam alert, stay away
I've lost R 3 200, Order#4497, (Nov 23 2022) Payment made into ABSA Acc#4103657027 I've never received my LG monitor, they never reply to emails. Once the payment was made I received no further order updates

Clickongames SCAMMERS
Order No. 4645 I ordered 2 PS4 motion controllers on 7 December 2022, but have still not received my order. I’ve sent countless email and sent follow up on the website and have still not received feedback. According to your website delivery is within 3-5 working days but a month later I’m one of the thousands of your customers who has not received the order. If these scammers do respond on HelloPete as they claim they are HeloPete verified I want a refund. I’ve logged a query with ombudsman as well.

Order No. 4645 I ordered 2 PS4 motion controllers on 7 December 2022, but have still not received my order. I’ve sent countless email and sent follow up on the website and have still not received feedback. According to your website delivery is within 3-5 working days but a month later I’m one of the thousands of your customers who has not received the order. If these scammers do respond on HelloPete as they claim they are HeloPete verified I want a refund. I’ve logged a query with ombudsman as well.

HI IVE MADE THE SAME MISTAKE!!!! I BAUGHT PSVR Mega Pack 3 + Move Motion Controller Twin Pack × 2 WORTH OF R10698. I DIDNT RECIEVE MY PRODUCT AND WENT TO THE BANK TO OPEN A FRAUD CASE...I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! IM TAKING THIS TO THE POLICE ASSWEL. HATE SCAMMERS

I purchased a PS5 fifa 23 bundle for R12999,from Click on games...They confirmed they did have stock..After receiving my PoP,I got no proof of purchase..I paid extra for pargo home delivery....to date....no pargo tracking no. ...no delivery. What's strange is...Lerato confirmed my order at Click on Games..and Lerato M or letty M ...is the only 1 replying on hellopeter...

Do not deal with this business as its a scam. They advertise a PS5 for R10099.00 (incl delivery) and you will never get your order. I ordered and paid for mine on 23 Nov and despite numerous attempts and emails, you might only receive a response "We’re always told to expect the unexpected, but we still didn’t see this one coming. We’re sorry to inform you that your order has been delayed." and then they give you another date, only to not deliver. ITS A BIG SCAM

I ordered and paid for PS 5 console on 16 december 2022, at the time of purchasing they promised that the item is in stock and said delivery in 2-3 days. I have not heard any communication from them. When I track my order, status reads "processing order" for the past 5 days now the status of the order remains unchanged. I tried to call their pretoria number several times but it rings unanswered! I have sent emails to their customercare but no response. I am beginning to wonder if this is not a s*** ? Is this a legit company? Have I just given away my R12000 ? What is most upsetting is that the PS5 is meant to be a xmas present for my son, he will be so disappointed.</div>

Report fraud
Report fraud by clickongames to Ombudsman and to your bank. I also opened criminal case against them. Received a refund after a week.
