I placed order# 53064 on 25 Nov 2022; They have not once emailed me to let me know the product is out of stock. I called in January and was told the product will be shipped in a week. More than a month later still nothing, Calling them almost always results in a long waiting que. I'm 95% sure that I've lost my money.
I created a new account in Nov 2022, ordered a Ryobi Trimmer online and received it in perfect order. I'm happy with the product, and very happy with the price I've paid.
