I bought my order online on the 13Oktober 2025 I got a waybill number from skynet, next direct’s courier comp because this business is not in S.A the waybill is not right because I phoned skynett and they also said the number is not rightand till today no package. Please don’t buy from them.

No after sale service
Please look before you buy online from Makro, because some of their items come from Makro marketplace and their service is very very bad, no aftersales service.

BAD SERVICE
I bought a monitor from Makro online, when it arrived it was not what i paid for, i lodge a return on the 12 of May and phoned the customer care of Makro online multiple times just to find out it was a product of Makro Marketplace, and from the 12 until today that is the 4 of June no courier was arranged to come pick up monitor. Please dont buy from Makro online!!!!!!!

Dissatisfied, misleading advertisment
Don’t buy online from this company they don’t keep there online shop up to date and when you order and do the payment they just don’t get back to you when you phone them to fined out about your order they say it’s out, they don’t give refunds only credit, so please don’t buy from there online shop.
