We've app**** for the fibre option in March and our router was delivered in March as well.... HOWEVER..... Installation of the actual fibre line only happened in May and we experienced 2 full days of connectivity until Vodacom decided to disconnect us and said that because installation took so long to materialize they have disconnected our services. How is the delay in installing become our problem??? I've sent numerous emails and have yet to get a reply. The account number in question is: I8946299
I've placed an order online on the 28th of November in the hope that as per their delivery promise it will get delivered within 5-7 days. To date i have not received any feedback from them, i've sent emails, msgd them on Fb and even tried messaging them via the chat option on their website but it's like im communicating with myself. All the telephone numbers i've called after googling for a contact number either goes straight to voicemail or just rings without answer. They were quick to accept the order and take my money and now it's like they couldnt care.
