SCAMMED BY CSI RENTAL COMPANY
This company is a scam i was renting property through the and when they have to give deposit they claim i leaved the marks on the house and i requested to do repairs they don't allow me. When i moved in the flat 2 bedroom floors were not cleaned but now they expect me to clean them saying i signed the job card that indicated it was cleaned but later on the month when i moved in i was still complaining that the floors are dirty no one said anything , now they producing invoice that they paid for cleaning of the floors but the floors were never cleaned and i told them they must go back to their maintenance company and claim their money back. A job card that they say i signed is blank it does not have list of what was done and they told me that i was suppose to comment that the floor is not cleaned how do you comment on job card that is blank as it was suppose to list jobs that will be done but nothing was listed so that i can write next to what was not done. Also when i was complaining about dirty floor even though the maintenance company send me them invoice whey they did not respond and show me proofs thy are telling me that when they have to pay me the deposit, if they did back in September 2021 we should have sorted it out and have no issue now but to me the CSI company and this maintenance company of the are scams
