It was the best, the feature from their application that detects collision, works best as at the time of the icnident, I was trying to do a lot of things at the same time and they managed to call me before i called them

Since then, I’ve spent a significant amount on repairs, and the car continues to mix oil — a clear sign of deeper mechanical issues. Even We Buy Cars wouldn’t touch a vehicle from this seller. There’s no transparency, and the vehicles are often sold with hidden accident damage and unresolved mechanical faults. If you're considering buying from them, be prepared to take on all the risk, including: Repairing major engine issues Covering all costs for diagnostics and parts Traveling long distances for follow-ups with no support This is not a partnership — it's a gamble. If you want peace of mind, go with Aucor or any other reputable auction house that provides honest vehicle assessments. Enter this relationship at your own risk.

Misleading Listings and Poor Product Quality
Stay away from this seller. Their product descriptions are consistently inaccurate or misleading. They advertise items as genuine Apple products, only for you to receive something entirely different — often generic or no-name alternatives. One example: I ordered what was described as a soundbar, but received a cheap Bluetooth speaker with poor quality and no resemblance to the advertised item. This isn’t about the origin of the product — it’s about honesty and transparency, which this seller lacks. They hide behind disclaimers like “sold as-is” and avoid accountability, even when the item is clearly not what was described. There’s no sign of a legitimate partnership with the brands they claim to represent. Additionally, dealing with the aftermath — including traveling to resolve issues or return items — is entirely on the buyer, with no support offered. Avoid this seller if you value accurate listings and reliable service.

VUMA: Where Customer Service Goes to Die
I'm writing this review as a warning to others: avoid Vuma at all costs. My experience with their customer service has been nothing short of disastrous. Due to an error on their part, my account was incorrectly captured, and I've spent the past two months trying to get it resolved. The customer care team, including Kagiso, Nkateko, and Jeanette, has been woefully inadequate. They seem to be ill-equipped to handle issues, and management is never available to escalate cases. To add insult to injury, Vuma refuses to refund or credit days where internet service is disrupted, unlike other ISPs. If you value your sanity, stay far, far away from Vuma. If Vuma is the only infrastructure provider in your area, consider banding together with your community to find alternative solutions. Trust me, you won't regret it.
